It has been over 50 years since Martin Luther King Jr.’s I Have a Dream speech. This is one of the greatest speeches in our country’s history. If you haven’t heard it go to YouTube and search it out.

This speech got me thinking. Do I have a dream for the Church? What would I say if I had to cast a vision for the future of the Church. Here are some things that I would start with:

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming where Jesus is the center.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that will show Jesus’ burning love for people.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that is full of people passionately in love with Jesus their bridegroom.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that will show Jesus’ untamable power.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that all about the Holy Spirit’s order of doing things.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that is filled with news of how Jesus has dispelled darkness over the city.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that brings impossibilities to bow before the Name of Jesus

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that encourages people to fulfill their destinies.

I Have A Dream There is a Church coming that is not satisfied in closing out history until heaven truly invades Earth.
