Every leader needs to realize that there are 5 types of people around them.

1. Needy – People wanting something

2. Fans – People there mostly because of superficial qualities they like in you

3. Followers – People who are listening and learning

4. Friends – People who know you and love you

5. Covenant – People in with you for the long haul

Note: Don’t be disappointed but you can only count on those in covenant to stay during hard times. They may disagree with you. They may not even like you. But they will stay.
