We are made up of 3 parts – body, soul, and spirit.

Do you believe that God wants to heal all 3 parts of you? I do. I believe that Isaiah 55 says that Jesus’ death on the cross was powerful enough to restore to health not just our spirit but our soul and body too. Wow, that thought alone is enough to keep me busy for the rest of my life.

I want to throw out another thought to you.

I believe the community we live in has these same 3 parts – body, soul, and spirit.

Body – Geography and physical environment of where we live

Soul – The economic opportunities available

Spirit – The culture of our area, including churches, theater, entertainment, etc.

 Strange thought? Not really. There are places on earth that may look just like the geography in your area but the culture is very different and the economic opportunities for expansion are different.

What does the body, soul, and spirit of your area look like?

Are they healthy?

Here is the finish to my thought – I believe that God wants us with him to restore not only our body, soul, and spirit but the community’s body, soul, and spirit to health.

Now that is a thought for two life times.
